Ordering and Terms

1) You have two possibilities for paying your order:

Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)

This payment option is at the moment only available for the customers from Czech republic! Please check all items and their quantity. Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible. You pay for your order when you pick it up from your local post office. If you have questions please do not hesitate to contact us on info@lenochod.eu.

Directly to Bank Account

After you've accepted your order, we’ll send you an email with our bank information, order number and the total amount of your order. With this information, you can make the payment in your internet bank or in your bank office. Please note that you must pay all the transaction fees for the payment, otherwise we can't get your order shipped.

The invoice will be created on your request and sent to your email address.In the case of some component´s unavailability, the seller reserves the right to replace this component in the gift box for another substitute in the same quality and quantity. It is forbidden to sell alcoholic products topersons under 18 years of age.

2) Consignments containing alcoholic beverages or tobacco products:

Before to handing over of the consignment containing alcoholic beverages or tobacco products, the courier will request the submission of an original identity card or passport as a proof of recipient´s legal age. If the customer doesn´t proof the legal age (+18), the shipment will not be handed over, it will be returned to the seller and the seller will charge the transport costs according to the carrier's pricelist to the customer.

3) Please, pay extra attention during receiving of the shipment:

If the shipment shows any defect, including the slight damage of the package, it is necessary to make the record about this immediately with the driver of the transport company, means RECEIVED WITH RESERVE. Without this record, we can not accept the claim for mechanical damage of the goods during transport. Please inform us about the damaged consignment by email on the same day.
